This Shipping Policy applies to physical deliverables (e.g., printed risk reports, documentation binders) associated with our services. Digital deliverables (e.g., electronic reports) are sent via email with no shipping requirements.
Shipping Eligibility
Physical deliverables are available for shipping within the United States (we do not currently offer international shipping).
Shipping Process
- Processing Time: Physical materials are prepared and shipped within 3 business days of digital deliverable completion.
- Carrier: We use USPS First-Class Mail for standard shipping.
- Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Tracking: A shipping confirmation (with tracking number) will be sent to your registered email address once the item is dispatched.
Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping for physical deliverables is complimentary for all U.S.-based clients.
- Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available for an additional fee of $15 (request via email at counselo@pvcapital.my).
Shipping Address
We ship to the business address provided at checkout. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address; we are not liable for delayed/lost shipments due to incorrect address information.
Delays & Issues
- Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (e.g., weather, logistics disruptions).
- Lost/Damaged Items: If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at counselo@pvcapital.my within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will replace the item at no cost (proof of damage/loss may be required).
