Refund Eligibility
- Uninitiated Services: Full refunds are available if requested within 15 calendar days of purchase and no service deliverables (e.g., consultation sessions, draft reports) have been initiated by our team.
- Partially Initiated Services: Refunds for services where work has begun (e.g., draft risk assessment in progress) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will refund a prorated amount (based on the percentage of work completed) if requested within 30 calendar days of purchase.
- Completed Services: No refunds are issued for fully delivered services (e.g., final risk reports, completed consulting engagements).
Refund Process
- Submit a refund request via email to counselo@pvcapital.my with:
- Full name
- Purchase date & order ID
- Reason for the refund
- Proof of purchase (if applicable)
- Our team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of approval/denial.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Policy (For Physical Deliverables)
If you receive physical materials (e.g., printed risk reports, documentation binders) and wish to return them:
- Returns must be requested within 15 calendar days of delivery and in unopened, unused condition.
